What We Provide
Personal Space
Private accommodations that allow for personal preferences and secure storage of personal belongings.
Nutritious Meals
Three balanced meals daily and healthy snacks following USDA Dietary Guidelines and accommodating preferences.
Safe Environment
24-hour secure, comfortable living space that meets physical and emotional needs in a culturally appropriate manner.
Service Objectives
Provide a dignified and "homelike" residential environment, provide a safe and healthy living environment, and meet the needs of members' physical and emotional well-being.
NestVillage LLC ensures the following:

Personal space and any modifications necessary to optimize independence and personal preferences. This must also allow reasonable and secure accommodation of the member's personal influences.

A safe and healthy living environment that meets members' physical and emotional needs, is culturally appropriate and is available to members 24 hours a day.

Balanced meals and snacks tailored to members' needs and incorporated into their preferences. Planning and preparation follow accepted dietary standards and guidelines common to Americans in good health.

Menu planning ensures Members receive three (3) nutritious meals per day and appropriate snacks in accordance with the United States Department of Agriculture's ("USDA") Dietary Guidelines available at USDA Food and Nutrition.
Service Requirements and Limitations

This service may be provided in a DDD group home authorized by the Arizona Department of Health Services ("ADHS") upon approval of the Department.

This service assumes that a member of the department will benefit as a minimum from:

Personal accommodation to sleep in
.
The provision of all daily nutrition and three (3) healthy meals and snacks, if available
.
Supply of household goods
.
Physical and private accommodation that allows members to practice daily personal hygiene
.
Provide basic personal hygiene products
.
Sufficient storage space for the member's personal use and safe storage of personal items
.
Having enough facilities to create a comfortable and safe environment for all daily activities in the family
.
Security

NestVillage LLC providing this service must also provide group family, authorizing services. NestVillage LLC must be registered and licensed for Support Services, Team Homes.

The provision of accommodation services to members in residential facilities where the DDD group home is approved by ADHS (i.e., group home, nursing home, nursing and group homes for treatment and protection of the community).

NestVillage LLC is paid for accommodation with the following exceptions:

Where accommodation services are provided to members who are Native American and the ministry contact or their office agrees to pay for accommodation services
.
When the Division enters into a cost-sharing agreement with a behavioral health organization to pay for room and board services as part of a "bundle" of services for a member
.
For members receiving services under another source of funding

Ensure neighborhood responsibilities are explained to members before services are provided. Member responsibilities and staff responsibilities should be determined as applicable to residential group housing. The division used the "lodge" standard Americans expect when staying in motels: clean linens; Bed; warehouse; Guard; Privacy; gentle amenities such as telephone, television, radio, alarm clock; and toiletries.
